Hugh Aird
CEO
Hugh Aird has over 25 years in the investment banking industry having founded Trilon Securities Corporation and serving as Vice Chairman, Merrill Lynch Canada. Hugh has sat on many public company boards of directors including Invesprint Corporation, Royal Lepage, and Trilon Financial. A well known Canadian businessman, Hugh remains very much involved in the not for profit sector, serving as trustee for numerous foundations. Recently, Hugh has been involved in Private Equity ventures using his vast Mergers and Acquisitions background.

Judy Baker
Property Development, Production and Acquisitions
Ms. Baker has a long and successful track record in the mining/mineral exploration business and associated equity markets. Most recently Ms. Baker was the President, CEO and a director of Canada Lithium Corp., Ms. Baker was instrumental in restructuring the company and strategically positioning it into the forefront of the international lithium business. During her 20-month tenure the company´s market lithium business. During her 20-month tenure the company´s market cap grew from $5 million to over $30 million, an over 600% increase. Ms. Baker holds an Honours B.Sc. Geological Engineering in Mineral Resources Exploration and a M.B.A., and has seventeen years of experience in the mining and mineral exploration sector including equity analysis, fund management; and exploration and mining company activity.

Chris Hobbs
CFO
Since leaving KPMG LLP Chartered Accountants, Mr. Hobbs has held numerous Chief Financial Officer Positions in both the public and private sectors and has had extensive experience in the investment banking sector. Mr. Hobbs is a co-founder of Pine Point Capital Advisors Inc. Pine Point specializes in providing financial advisory and mergers and acquisition services to companies in the mining and technology sectors. Prior to Pine Point, Mr. Hobbs was a member of the corporate finance team at Becher McMahon Capital Markets and Continua Capital Inc. where he focused on the investment banking and mergers and acquisitions services provided by the firms. Mr. Hobbs is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Patrick Reid
Chairman
Mr. Reid is the former President of the Ontario Mining Association (1984 - 2004) and a former M.P.P. (Rainy River, 1967 - 1984). Mr. Reid has in excess of twenty years experience associated with the mining industry and is Chairman of Probe Mines Limited (TSX-V:PRB) a Director of Canstar Resources Inc (TSX-V:ROX) and a Director of Valencia Ventures Inc. (VVI: TSX-V). While President of the O.M.A. he was instrumental in establishing "Ontario Mining Week" to raise public, government and industry awareness of the contribution of the mining industry to the daily life of Ontarians and the prosperity of the Ontario economy. His experience will greatly contribute to the Company's strategic goal of becoming a leader in the North American Lithium Industry.

William S. Deluce
Director
Mr. Deluce brings to American Lithium Minerals a long history of founding and building highly successful companies. He is a former Director, Audit Committee Chairman and human resource compensation committee Chairman of Canadian Tire Corporation, as well as a former Director of Canada 3000 Airlines. Mr. Deluce is currently president of Wicklow Consulting Inc., a diversified investment company with global interests in the aviation and mining sectors. Some of the Airlines Mr. Deluce has founded include Austin Airways, Air Ontario and Air Alliance in Canada, as well Global Airlift in Kenya and South African Express. He has recently been appointed to the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) Board of Directors for a term of three years. Mr. Deluce currently sits on the boards of Vitran Corporation, St. Michael's Hospital Foundation, ONEXONE and Healthy Kids International. Mr. Deluce holds a bachelor of applied science in chemical engineering from the University of Toronto.

Timothy Casgrain
Director
Mr. Casgrain was formerly with the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche and is currently Vice-Chairman of Skyservice Investments Inc., a wholly owned Canadian aviation company, and has been involved since 1997. From 1976 to 2002, he served as Executive Vice President of Brookfield Asset Management and from 1988 to 1995 he was appointed to NBS Technologies Inc. as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Casgrain was appointed Chair of the CBC/Radio-Canada Board of Directors on April 27, 2007, for a five-year term.

Mr. Casgrain is the Chairman of the Toronto Rehab Foundation as well as the Canadian Sports Hall of Fame. He is also a Director on the Boards of the Canadian Foundation for Economic Education and Hippy Canada. Born in Montréal, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University in 1969. In 1976, he became a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Québec.
